Additional Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
